About our B&B
UPDATES-
DECEMBER - Many thanks to South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) for their grant to allow us to improve the facilities we offer you. We are currently upgrading our double room and will be sourcing energy efficient electrics for the kitchen and a solar water fountain for our meditation space.
OCTOBER - We have upgraded the shower heads on our Eco showers. As they are designed to save water to help protect the environment they will always be a cuddle rather than a pummel but the pressure has improved.
AUGUST - We have rescued two CATS. Haggis and Baldrick are not allowed in the bedrooms and are shut out of kitchen and dining room during breakfasts. For those of you with cat allergies please be advised.

Check in from 4 till 8pm or by arrangement.
Check out time 10am.
2 ensuite bedrooms (one twin and a double) with water efficient toilets and showers.
Avoidance of single use plastics so no mini bottles of toiletries however we are happy to top up your travel sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo for free. Otherwise, we have a small selection of items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors etc £1.00 per item).
Hairdryers, electric fans, clothes steamer and access to iron and ironing board.
Tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits.
A television and multiple USB charging points in each room.
Free guest WIFI.
Access to garden all day until 9pm. Option to eat breakfast outside, weather permitting.
During your stay we have a small selection of books, games and pilates/yoga equipment you can borrow during as well as a small meditation area we are developing.
Off road parking and locked storage for bicycles. Off road parking for smaller motorbikes / scooters (1 meter width restriction in vennel), metal ramp available. Whilst we aim to provide a secure area for storage we advise that you have your own insurance.
Outdoor water and electricity supply to maintain your gear (no E-bike charging, please use public charger in nearby car park) plus bike maintenance rack and basic toolkit.
Daily housekeeping, towels changed on request. High touch areas cleaned daily with sanitiser (BS EN 1276, 13697 tested).
Smoke detectors and fire fighting equipment as per Scottish Government guidelines.
Video doorbell, CCTV on stairs and exits to promote a safe and secure environment.

Hi, we are David and Jayne Worth and we would like to welcome you to our B&B.
Having fallen in love with the Scottish Borders we made the move to Coldstream. Renovating our period property has given us not only an incredible family home, but also a small, perfectly formed, B&B.
Coldstream is the ideal base for exploring all the Scottish Borders has to offer. Whether outdoor activities such as walking, golfing, fishing, cycling and biking, or exploring the history and culture of the area there is no better place to be.
With two spacious ensuite bedrooms and a large garden for you to relax in, we aim to provide a little bit of luxury for your travels in the Borders.
If you are visiting to celebrate a special occasion let us know and we can discuss personalising your room to suit.
Getting married? We are just across the road from the Registry Office.
Whilst there are parking restrictions directly outside our house (9am to 6pm Mon to Sat) there is free on street parking further along the road and a small free car park a few yards away which has an electrical charging point for cars and e-bikes. There is a garage across the road from the car park.
There are several options for eating out in Coldstream as well as a supermarket, a convenience store/post office, chemist and gift shops.
The Scottish Borders abounds with history, places to walk or cycle, independent shops, market, agricultural shows and events such as horse racing, car rallies and music.
